Spent my day off on Friday w/ good company & good vibes. Had dinner @ the Santa Fe seafood buffet w/ my boyfriend. Met up w/ Jennifer & Julian to watch Inception, which was a trippy as fuck movie, but definitely worth the watch. I’m glad my boyfriend dragged me to go!

There’s some days I just lay around thinking why you’re still in love with me, & why I still stick around with you and your stubborn attitude. I take in all the pain you give me, and you deal with all the mood swings & worries I give you. But then I stop and I think again; I think about all the wonderful memories we’ve made with each other, how our smiles constantly stick out when we see each others faces, how our hands fit perfectly together, how your arms feel like they’re the safest place for me to be in, and how perfect our lips connect with each other. I think about how we’ve made it this far, and how much energy we both put into this relationship just so it’d work out the way we pictured our future to be. All the memories, and all the hard times we go through together was so worth the fight. And as I lay there, I realize how much you changed my life & how each moment I spent with you is so breath taking; And as I feel my heart beating faster and faster, I think about you. I think about how much you make my heart beat so much faster, and how much you tend to make my tummy start tingling. So as I lay there analyzing every single detail of every single moment, I realized how much life you’ve given me; How much you changed my perspective, how much you taught me about love, & how much you took all my breath away. Our love was worth the fight, worth the heartache, & worth both our energy.

If you think you have it bad, think about all the things you have in life. Have a roof over your head? Yes, well someone else in this world doesn’t. Have clothes on your back? Yeah, well someone else in this world doesn’t. You have your friends? There’s someone else in the world that doesn’t. You still have your life, you have your heart, your eyes, your ears, your legs, your feet, your arms, your hands, and most importantly, you have someone that is going to love you for who you are. You may not know them now, and you may not think that they do, but they do. And they will give up anything, just to be with you. Now, smile because you’re always going to have it better than someone else out there. Don’t frown because something happened, that isn’t going to matter later in life.
